Colombia entered a new stage in its response on Thursday, August 13, to the magnitude 7.4 earthquake that struck the western part of the country on Monday morning, August 10. With at least 265 people dead and around 500 still missing, emergency teams have begun reducing search operations at some sites and shifting efforts toward removing rubble.
