Who Protects Children Must Also Protect Those Who Care For Them

The Global Commission on Drug Policy called on Wednesday, September 9, for a fundamental change in how children and young people are treated under drug policies. Its new report argues for less punishment and greater access to health care, protection, education and community-based responses for those exposed to drug use, illicit markets or exploitation by criminal organisations.
