The global humanitarian crisis is being measured through numbers that point to different problems, but are increasingly connected. In Yemen, three out of every four families in government-controlled areas accessible to the World Food Programme (WFP) are already skipping meals to get by. Elsewhere, funding shortages are threatening basic services for millions of displaced people.
