Keiko Fujimori Wins Peru Election After Final Vote Count

With 100 percent of ballots counted, conservative candidate Keiko Fujimori won Peru's presidential election with 50.135 percent of the vote, the National Office of Electoral Processes (ONPE) announced on Monday, 22 days after the country's runoff election.
