Nepal Resumes Rescue Efforts As Disaster Demands Billions

Nepal resumed search and rescue operations on Saturday, August 29, after rain and fog temporarily disrupted efforts in some of the areas hardest hit by devastating floods along the border with Tibet. Nearly 3,000 people remain missing in Nepal and the Chinese-controlled Tibetan region.
