The word โsecurityโ once felt stable. A state concept built on borders, armies and protection. Today, it behaves more like a cracked mirror than a single structure. Each fragment reflects a different version of threat, and none of them completes the picture.

The decision by Donald Trump's administration to designate Brazil's two largest criminal organizations, PCC and Comando Vermelho, as terrorist groups triggered an immediate reaction in Brasรญlia.
